Order Cancellation Policy for VCRAFT


This policy outlines the rules for cancelling an order placed on the VCRAFT website.


1. Customer Cancellation


We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We offer a flexible cancellation window, subject to the status of your order and the type of product purchased.

How to Request a Cancellation:

To cancel an order, please immediately contact us with your Order Number using one of the following methods:

We will confirm your cancellation via email within 24 hours.


2. Cancellation of Custom / 3D Printed Items


Since our 3D printed items are often made-to-order, the following strict rule applies:

  1. Custom Orders (including personalized names, specific colors requested outside of standard options, or unique 3D models) can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, resources are allocated and production may begin, making cancellation impossible.


3. Cancellation by VCRAFT


VCRAFT reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues. These reasons include:

  1. Product Unavailability: If the item ordered (especially components for 3D prints or raw materials) is suddenly out of stock or discontinued.
  2. Pricing Errors: If there is a major error in the listed price on the website.
  3. Payment Issues: If the transaction is incomplete or suspected to be fraudulent.
  4. Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure): Including natural disasters, operational shutdowns, or logistical problems beyond our control.

In the event that VCRAFT cancels your order, we will notify you immediately and a full refund will be processed promptly.


4. Refund Policy for Canceled Orders


  1. Pre-Paid Orders: If your order was pre-paid and is successfully cancelled (as per the terms above), a full refund will be initiated.
  2. Refund Processing Time: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed. This time frame may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders cancelled before shipment, no refund is applicable as no payment was made.
