At VCRAFT, we are committed to delivering your unique home décor and customized 3D printed items reliably and safely across India.


1. Shipping Coverage


  1. We currently ship to all major cities and serviceable Pin Codes across India.
  2. If your Pin Code is not serviceable by our standard courier partners, we will notify you and explore alternative shipping options, or cancel the order with a full refund.


2. Order Processing Time


The time it takes to prepare your order for shipment depends on the product type:

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.


3. Shipping Rates and Charges


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, and the delivery destination.

4. Delivery Estimates


Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on your location and the courier partner's efficiency.

Important Note on 3D Prints: The total delivery time = Processing Time (3-5 days) + Estimated Delivery Time.


5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier partner's website.

The tracking number will be active and trackable within 12 to 24 hours of receiving the email.


6. Packaging and Damage


  1. We use secured, multi-layered packaging materials to ensure your products—especially fragile home décor and intricate 3D prints—reach you in perfect condition.
  2. If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or unsealed upon delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately at vasanthvtech@gmail.com. If you accept a damaged package, you must notify us within 48 hours with clear photographs.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts


  1. Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2 to 3 times.
  2. If a shipment is returned to us (Return to Origin/RTO) due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by you, or failure to accept the package after multiple attempts, re-shipping charges will apply to dispatch the order again.
  3. If a refund is requested after an RTO, the original shipping charges and the return shipping charges incurred by VCRAFT will be deducted from your refund amount.
